Dominic Noonan
Dom has been an insurance agent since 2014 and with Farmers Union Insurance since 2016. When he moved to Farmers Union Insurance, he began focusing on health insurance and benefits. The challenge of putting people’s premiums to work for them is what has drawn him to this field of insurance. “I love the challenge of creating a plan of attack for both today and into the future. We have all witnessed the ever-increasing price of health insurance and the cost of using your health insurance. I am well versed on the plans and policies and use that knowledge to put your premiums to work for you.”
The most inspiring part of Dom’s job is seeing the impact he has on lives of his customers. Dom defines success as having an internal feeling of accomplishment and going to bed feeling good about what one does and will do. He believes success is not only about financial gain but also about impacting someone’s life in a positive way.
Caring, accountable, and everybody’s friend are three things that best describe Dom. If he could talk to his 13-year-old self he would say: be yourself and love yourself instead of trying to change who you are in order to have people like you–or it will be the wrong people who like you. Surround yourself with the right people who truly care about you, and you’ll always be happy no matter what you do.
Dom is a native of Moorhead, MN, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from MSUM. He puts this to good use as co-owner of Max Training in Moorhead. He’s a boat captain for Sheyenne/Horace Fishing League and a fishing captain for SeaYa charters, a nonprofit to get kids out on the water! Outside of the office, Dom is happiest when he’s with family or out fishing–from an icehouse or a boat.
